Good food, brand-new and well-kept room with king-size bed and nice interior design, as for instance. Nice decoration in the rooms, comfy location.

In overall, the place is modern, has outstandingly accommodating staff with great service by the hotel staff. The venue has neat and unique rooms with comfortable bed, balcony, an excelent bathroom. The interior is nice and design is modern. Also, the location is marvellous, minutes from an indoor market hall. Close to a train station, you can easily travel around Florence. Every time we stay in Florence, like to stay here.

We loved staying here! This place was centrally located, which made it easy to walk to many of the local attractions. The room was spacious and had great amenities, like an electric kettle and flat-screen TV. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. We also appreciated the outdoor dining area and delicious breakfast.

I really enjoyed that it was spotless and wonderful, the staff were friendly and rooms were unique. The breakfasts for diary free or gluten free meals. It had central location close to Medici Chapel. There was a small restaurant just a short stroll away from the hotel. The service was excellent, I had 7 great nights here.

Spotless, great value hotel, the location was marvellous near to main train station and downtown and the trainstation and the cities convention center and the Duomo di Firenze. Most of the staff were outstandingly accommodating. Tbh, had a fine stay for 5 nights.
